1 lb ground lamb-patties sprinkled with salt 1/4 teaspoon and pepper 1/8 teaspoon on both sides 4 gluten free round buns 1 teaspoon tzatziki sauce (see recipe) 4 each hot peppers of your choice (jalapenos, hot banana peppers, cascabella peppers, sport peppers) Assemble the lamb as you wish. Tzatziki Sauce

16 oz cucumber seeded peeled and grated. About 1 medium cucumber 8 oz sour cream 1/2 oz olive oil 1 teaspoon parsley chopped 1 teaspoon toasted coriander 1 teaspoon (Lea & Perrins) Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon fresh grated garlic 2 teaspoon onion grated 1 Tablespoon Salt 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper Mix everything together in a small bowl. Let sit in the refrigerator for a couple hours or over night so flavors can infuse. Serve in a designer bowl of your choice. Black Bean and Corn Salsa

1 15 oz can black beans-drained and rinsed 1 Ear of Corn-peeled, silk removed and grilled-Cut corn off the cob. 1 ea Tomato-cut in half, seeded and diced 1/2 Cucumber-peeled, seeded and diced 1/2 Sweet Bell Pepper-cut in half, seeded and diced 1/2 Green Onion-chopped 1/2 oz White Wine Vinegar 1/4 oz Lime-juiced 1/4 oz Lemon-juiced 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper Combine everything together in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
