1 lb ground lamb-patties sprinkled with salt 1/4 teaspoon and pepper 1/8 teaspoon on both sides
4 gluten free round buns
1 teaspoon tzatziki sauce (see recipe)
4 each hot peppers of your choice (jalapenos, hot banana peppers, cascabella peppers, sport peppers)
Assemble the lamb as you wish. Have fun with it.
