Oatmeal Fruit Smoothies

.5 C-Almond Milk

1 1/2 C-Gluten Free Crushed Pineapple with juice

1 ea-Banana cut up into chunks

.75 C-Mixed Frozen Fruit (I usually use the one with mango, peaches, strawberries and pineapple) choose whichever you like

.75 C-Raw Unfiltered Honey

.5 C-Gluten Free Quick Oats

Put all the ingredients in a Ninja Food Processor, Robo Coupe or Blender and blend until pureed into liquid form.

Pour in a 24 oz glass and enjoy!

This smoothie is a great way to start your morning or pick-me-up in the middle of the day.
