Grass Fed Beef Chili

1# Grass Fed Ground Beef-Browned with Onions and Garlic drain off excess grease

1 Small Onion-Small Diced

2 ea Cloves Garlic-Mince

1 teaspoon Gluten Free Ground Cumin

1 1/2 Tablespoon Gluten Free Granulated Garlic

2 Tablespoon Gluten Free Granulated Onion

1 Tablespoon Gluten Free Ground Mild Paprika

1 1/4 teaspoon Gluten Free Fresh Ground Medium Chili Powder

1 16 oz Can Gluten Free Bush's Kidney Beans drained and rinsed

1 16 oz Can Gluten Free Bush's Chili Beans

1 29 oz Can Gluten Free Tomato Puree-Dei Fratelli 

32 oz Beef Stock

1/2 teaspoon Mortons Kosher Salt

1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Gluten Free Black Pepper

After you brown the ground beef with onions and garlic pour off grease but reserve a little for the spices

Add the spices stirring them in so they can bloom (they will get more aromatic and activate the oils in the spices)

Add the beans stir

Add the Beef Stock to deglaze the pot stir

Add the tomato puree stir, Cook for about 20 min on med-low heat, stirring occasionally

Reduce the heat to low stirring occasionally so it is not sticking

Cook on low heat for about 1 hour or its reduced by 1/3 or until thick

Serve in your favorite bowl and enjoy
